Little Welsh Girl V Big Mountain

I have signed up for Rat Race Man V Mountain. For those who don’t know what it is, it’s an endurance race that will find me running from Caernarfon (at sea level) to the top of Snowdon (3,560 ft), and back down again to Llanberis.

Female Athletes Shine in Sochi

Sochi 2014 has been a controversial Olympics – human rights abuses, terrorist threats, allegations of corruption, and an overspend of billions, to name but a few of the issues that has plagued the 24th Winter Olympic games. But if one good thing has come out of it, it’s that British female athletes have proved to the UK and to the world they are at the top of their game.

What’s wrong with a dress?

Disney have another film out about princesses. Nothing strange in that, but this time they are trekking through some fictional snowy mountains and in a dress and high heels.
